Workspace Overview

The production workspace keeps performance controls close and detailed configuration under Setup.

Input

Section titled “Input”

Choose MIDI or supported guitar audio, select devices and channels, and confirm signal activity before configuring harmony.

Setup

Section titled “Setup”

Set key, scale, harmony mode, voices, counterpoint behavior, companion lanes, routing, and sound. Setup is the source of truth for an arrangement snapshot.

Arrangement

Section titled “Arrangement”

The compact selector shows fully implemented built-in arrangements plus your custom arrangements. Press Apply to load an arrangement’s harmony and companion configuration. Unfinished catalog drafts are not shown.

Performance

Section titled “Performance”

The full-width piano and expression roll show played and generated notes. Colors distinguish the player, harmony, canon, counterpoint, and other active roles where the surface provides note telemetry.

Transport and status

Section titled “Transport and status”

Tempo and transport drive time-dependent lanes. The status area reports connection and engine state. When debugging, verify input first, then engine output, then the final sound or MIDI destination.
